Aspect theatre company is a community theatre company with its base in Aspendale Melbourne. We perform musical theatre and stage our productions at the Shirley Burke Theatre in Parkdale in July / August each year. The theatre company was founded in 1998 and is a non profit organization. Our main objective is to provide quality entertainment to our supporters and patrons. We also focus on providing equal opportunities to local community and encourage participation both on the stage and behind the scenes. We hold auditions in early December and rehearse twice weekly, Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons at the Aspendale Gardens Community Centre. We have a committee that meets once a month to discuss ideas and suggestions for future shows and welcome suggestions from our members.
